What are the rules regarding the arrest of women in India (Sunset & Sunrise rules)?

Under Section 43(5) BNSS (46(4) CrPC), no woman can be arrested after sunset and before sunrise except in exceptional circumstances with prior written permission of a Judicial Magistrate. Furthermore, a woman can only be arrested and searched by a female police officer.
