• Case Consultations & Documents: Matter categories (Criminal, Family, Property, Cyber, Corporate), uploaded case briefs, FIR copies, property deeds, legal notices, and in-app communications.
• Financial Records: Transaction logs, consultation fee receipts, and recharge history. All payments are processed via RBI-authorized secure payment gateways; no sensitive card details or banking passwords are saved on our servers.

B. Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Device brand, model, operating system version, unique device identifier, network carrier, and crash analytics.
• Location Data (With Consent): Approximate or precise GPS data used to locate nearby verified advocates and relevant court jurisdictions.

To provide core legal-tech functionalities and direct lawyer communication, our Android application requests the following explicit device permissions:

• Facilitate instant 1-on-1 consultations with verified advocates via chat, call, or chamber visits.
• Verify the Bar Council credentials of practicing lawyers to safeguard users against fraudulent representation.
• Process custom legal notices, draft agreements, and property verification requests.
• Send OTPs, appointment schedules, and service notifications.
• Comply with applicable statutory mandates, court orders, and law enforcement directives under Indian jurisdiction.
